Access is by invitation only. You need to register your interest, complete our qualification process, and receive an invitation. Once invited, you'll complete KYC verification to access the investor portal.

Minimum investment amounts vary by opportunity but typically start from £5,000. Each property SPV will specify its own minimum investment requirement.

Multiple investors pool funds to purchase a property through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). Each investor owns shares in the SPV proportional to their investment. The SPV holds the property, manages it, and distributes returns to investors.

We focus on UK residential and commercial properties with strong fundamentals. This includes buy-to-let residential properties, commercial real estate, and mixed-use developments.

Our team conducts thorough due diligence on each property, including location analysis, financial modeling, legal review, and market research. We only present opportunities that meet our strict investment criteria.

SPV stands for Special Purpose Vehicle - a separate legal entity created specifically to hold a single property asset. SPVs provide legal protection, clear ownership structure, and regulatory compliance for property investments.

Each investor receives digital share certificates representing their ownership in the SPV. All SPVs are registered with Companies House, providing public transparency of ownership structure.
